Yes. The following referrals are made to the following providers when appropriate. 1. Psychiatrist in the community covered by your insurance 2. Primary Care Provider (Already established with client) 3. Sex Therapist

All scheduled appointments are subject to cancellation fee: 1.) Cut-off Time: 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. 2.) Cancellation Fee: 50% of the total service price for appointments scheduled if cancelled 24 hours before appointment time. 3.) A one time cancellation fee waiver will be granted if the appointment is rescheduled at the time of cancellation. 4.) No shows are subject to 100% of the total service price for the appointment scheduled. This includes appointments not cancelled 24 hours before the start of the appointment time.
