Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS – CONSULT APPOINTMENTS Consult appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may receive a one-time courtesy credit for 100% of the consult fee, which can be applied toward a new consult appointment. This courtesy credit may only be used once and is non-transferable. Late Cancellation and No Shows are 100% nonrefundable and nontransferable. INSURANCE: (Applies to Full Consults). This practice is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Aetna plans only. Reimbursement or credit may be available for the full Consultation/Intake Evaluation appointment once your insurance coverage is confirmed and the claim has been processed by your insurance company. For all ongoing sessions, you will be responsible only for your deductible, copay, or coinsurance amount, as determined by your specific insurance plan. Please note that coverage is not guaranteed until the claim has been processed. Any amount not covered by your insurance remains the patient’s responsibility.
