This consultation is the next step on your healing journey. During this time we will discuss your mental health history, evaluate, and assess your needs to determine the best path forward. We will determine if I am the best person to help guide you along that path. You will receive an intake and consent form via email prior to this appointment to ensure that we get off to a great start!

Cancellation Policy

Please call, text 980-494-3340 or email LMJcounseling@gmail.com 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. CANCELLATIONS: Consult Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time can receive 100% credit toward a new consult appointment only (one time courtesy) or receive a refund of 80% ($120.00) due to chargeback fees from the website and the bank processing the refund. Late Cancellation and No Shows are 100% nonrefundable and nontransferable. INSURANCE: This practice is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) only. Reimbursement or Credit may be available for Full Consultation/ Intake Evaluation appointments once insurance is confirmed and paid by BCBS. This practice is in the process of becoming an in-network provider with Aetna if not already. Insurance will be discussed during the appointment.
