This brief consultation is an opportunity for you to discuss your needs and for us to determine if we are the best match for a therapeutic relationship. This visit does not require consent or an intake form and is not covered by insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Please call, text 980-494-3340 or email LMJcounseling@gmail.com 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. CANCELLATIONS: Consult Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time can receive 100% credit toward a new consult appointment only (one time courtesy) or receive a refund of 80% ($120.00) due to chargeback fees from the website and the bank processing the refund. Late Cancellation and No Shows are 100% nonrefundable and nontransferable. INSURANCE: This practice is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) only. Reimbursement or Credit may be available for Full Consultation/ Intake Evaluation appointments once insurance is confirmed and paid by BCBS. This practice is in the process of becoming an in-network provider with Aetna if not already. Insurance will be discussed during the appointment.
